Worldhotels has just celebrated the opening of is brand new Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel & Residence in the capital city of Cambodia. The new property is the 450th independent hotel from the Worldhotels collection and promises five-star luxury previously not seen in Cambodia.
The Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel & Residence is made up of 523 guest rooms and suits across eight different categories to suit different budgets. All the rooms include a freestanding bathtub as well as a separate walk-in rain shower, WiFi and a flat-screen TV with international satellite channels. Most of the 523 guest rooms also provide views of the Chaktomuk River.
Beyond the hundreds of rooms, the Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel & Residence offers close to 900 metres of function rooms, enough to accommodate 1050 attendees. Also found within is the largest swimming pool in the city of Phnom Penh, measuring an amazing 1650 square metres and affording views of the river. There is also a night club and no less than 36 private karaoke rooms.
