Video: Evo Magazine Tests a Stunning Singer Porsche 911

In the world of upgraded, restored and improved historic Porsche 911 models, the work that Singer does is unmatched in the industry. Produced on a made-to-order basis and always unique, Singer’s modified Porsche 911s receive custom bodywork, interiors and modified or entirely new engines.

Evo Magazine recently had the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a very rare Singer 911 currently residing in the United Kingdom and in right-hand drive. This particular model has been installed with a Cosworth-built 3.8-litre flat six engine delivering 360 hp and mated to a slick-shifting manual transmission driving the rear wheels.

Elsewhere, the car includes adjustable dampers from Ohlins as well as a carbon fibre body which alone saves 250 kg. The interior has also been specially-appointed to the customer’s taste and includes black leather throughout.
