Italian shipyard Mondomarine was among the stars of the recently concluded Monaco Yacht Show 2015. They revealed a number of new superyachts including the 42 meter M/Y Serenity, M50 Aria and the utterly beautiful M60 SeaFalcon.

The new M60 SeaFalcon superyacht has been created to celebrate the shipyard’s 100th anniversary. They started as Cantieri Navali Campanella in 1915 before the birth of Mondomarine. The latter specializes in custom yachts over 40 meters and was recently acquired by Mr. Falciai and Mr. Zambrini.

The new 60-meter SeaFalcon superyacht was designed by Luiz de Basto from Brazil, it’s made of light alloy and has a gross tonnage of about 900 GT. Highlighting its luxurious features is the ability of the lower deck to transform into a beach club with enormous space. Additionally, the lateral doors on the main deck entering to the main salon can disappear into pockets thereby increasing the space for leisure activities.

The SeaFalcon superyacht is powered by two MTU 16V 4000 M73L rated at 2.880 kW each. The yacht can achieve a range of 4,100 nautical miles while cruising at 12 knots – it has a maximum speed of 20 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots. It’s naval architecture is done by the Mondomarine Engineering in house team.
