A new rendering of the Bugatti Chiron has just been posted online and according to those that have already seen the new car, this rendering is extremely accurate.

It is reported that the Bugatti Chiron will look essentially identical to the crazy Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo but without all the over-the-top aerodynamic aids. Consequently, it will bare obvious similarities to the Veyron most predominantly with the overall shape of its body.

Some of the key design traits include the significantly more aggressive front fascia incorporating headlights straight from the Vision Gran Turismo. There is also a bold body crease stretching across the front bumper and along the doors. Also found at the front is a prominent splitter as well as the French marque’s customary horseshoe grille. From the sides we can see slimline windows and a very low roof.

According to inside sources, the Chiron will feature the same basic quad-turbocharged 8.0-litre W16 engine as the Veyron. However, boost will be increased and at least two of the turbos will be electrically driven units. As a result, the new French hypercar should pump out 1500 hp and consequently be capable of hitting 100 km/h in just over 2 seconds before topping out at over 450 km/h.
