Construction is underway on what could become the world’s most expensive home. Located in Beverly Hills, the property is being developed by home builder Nile Niami and once completed, it is expected to be offered up for sale for $500 million.
The house itself is located on a 4.6 acre lot of land sitting amongst the most exclusive homes in Beverly Hills. It offers 360-degree views of Beverly Hills, downtown Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley and unrivalled views of the Pacific Ocean. In constructing the house, almost 30,600 cubic metres of dirt are being removed.
As you’d expect from a $500 million house, it is promising to feature some truly extraordinary elements. As such, it will include a massive 30-car garage, a massive IMAX style theatre with the best home theater projector, to seat 45, a casino and even a private nightclub. Additionally, it will consist of four separate swimming pools one of which will be a 180-foot infinity pool.
The house will also include an extraordinary room which will be made up of three water tanks on three of the walls supporting a multitude of fish.
The most expensive residence in the word is a $1 Billion Dollar tower in India owned by Mukesh Ambani.
