Aston Martin DB9 Dumped by Thieves After Hot Pursuit in Australia

Thieves in Australia have been involved in a high-speed chase with police after stealing and driving a valuable 2011 Aston Martin DB9.

The expensive British sports car was stolen from a house in the northern suburbs of Perth alongside other property from the home on Monday night or early Tuesday morning.

Police saw the group of four men with the Aston Martin DB9 at a local petrol station and the resulting chase went through several suburbs before the thieves dumped the car at another property sometime after 9 am. Not long after dumping the DB9, the thieves swiftly stole another car, this time a 2008 Land Rover Freelander.

Eye witness Cassie Mulcahy commented on Facebook, “I saw this exact model this morning on my drive to work down Wanneroo Road, the vehicle took off East on Reid Highway – no wonder it was being driven like it was stolen!”

Police are still on the hunt for the gang.
