Famed Porsche tuner TechArt has just unveiled its modified Porsche 911 Targa at the Essen Motor Show 2014. TechArt has tweaked the 911 Targa in the past but this was their first go with the 991-generation car and to ensure the finished product didn’t go unnoticed at the show, it was finished in a bright shade of green!

As we’ve come to expect from TechArt, the exterior changes made to the new Porsche 911 Targa aren’t purely cosmetic as they also serve a significant aerodynamic role. At the front, a new lower splitter has been fitted and painted to match the exterior of the promising new Porsche 911 variant. Additionally, the front air intakes have been modified as have the headlight surrounds.

Not stopping there, TechArt has installed new wing mirrors and extended side skirts to add even more flare to the 911 Targa. Completing the changes are a new diffuser at the rear as well as a prominent rear wing and a new set of wheels.

These wheels measure 21-inch at all four corners and when combined with lowering springs, add a further unique character to the car. Finally, TechArt has tweaked with the interior of the Porsche 911 Targa and carried the green and black colour theme into the cabin. As a result, bright green plastic is found across the centre console and transmission tunnel with green also featuring prominently across the seats. Everywhere else features black surfaces.
