One&Only Resorts has just expanded its collection into Australia with the company set to assume management of the Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort and Spa in country Australia early next year.
The picturesque property is located in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales and will join One&Only’s luxurious resort complex at Hayman Island as its second home in Australia.
Discussing the complex, President of Emirates Airline Sir Tim Clark said, “Wolgan Valley is such a special place in Australia. The lists of awards and accolades that the resort has garnered since its opening in 2009 speak to its unique value, and the high quality experience that it offers. We are proud of all that the resort has achieved, but now we feel that it is time to work with a partner to expand the Wolgan experience and take the resort to new heights. Wolgan Valley is nestled between two national parks in the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area and the resort provides breathtaking natural scenery and beauty. It has also been carbon neutral for five years.
