The BMW 4-Series Convertible may have only been released a few months ago and already, AC Schnitzer have officially reveal their tuning upgrades for BMW’s latest drop-top. Featuring the same range of upgrades as AC Schnitzer offers for the hardtop 4-Series, these packages provide added aggression to the cars as well as some minor engine changes.
As it stands, AC Schnitzer offers the following upgrades for the following 4-Series Convertible models. At the low end of the spectrum we have the 420d which receives a boost from 181 hp as standard up to 215 hp. Next is the petrol powered BMW 420i Convertible. Typically, it also delivers 181 hp but with the AC Schnitzer upgrade pack it’ll deliver a much more impressive 241 hp.
The next upgrade sees the 428i rise from 241 hp up to 289 hp while the BMW 435i receives an upgrade of 53 hp up to 355 hp. Finally, AC Schnitzer will upgrade your diesel powered BMW 435d Convertible from 308 hp up to the same 355 hp figure as the petrol version.
In terms of visual upgrades, AC Schnitzer offers a selection of different wheels, new chrome exhaust tips, AC Schnitzer badging as well as aluminium pedals, leather gear knob and handbrake along with some rear bumper tweaks.
