The Touring Disco Volante is a coach built Alfa Romeo 8C with the same 4.7-litre V8 engine producing 450 hp. Touring Superleggera recently announced a limited production run so the segment is about the production model.
Richard Hammond visits the dunes of Abu Dhabi in a six-wheeled Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG 6×6. We’ve all by now seen the videos of Hammond ploughing his way through a Dubai swimming pool. The Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG 6×6 is one of the largest SUV’s on the market, we predict plenty of size related jokes.
The final segment of Top Gear Season 21 Episode 4 sees James May test the Caterham 160 before taking to its slightly crazier sister, the Caterham 620R. The Caterham 620R is the fastest road legal car Caterham has ever produced so May seems to be the perfect choice of test pilot… It features a supercharger 2.0 litre Ford engine with 310 bhp and weight of just 545 kg.
