Spyshots: 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Pullman

Not long after the 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe was recently spied undergoing high-altitude testing, the most luxurious model in the expanded S-Class line-up was also recently spied, wearing minimal camouflage. This is of course the 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class ‘Pullman’ which will be a true successor to the Maybach 57 and 62.

As it stands, the recently facelifted and upgraded 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class is available in 5116mm or 5246mm lengths and for most people, a five-meter long car would be long enough. However, the 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Pullman will be even bigger stretching between 152 and 304mm longer than the standard model depending on specification. When it’s all said and done, the 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Pullman will near the six-meter mark.

Spyshots: 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Pullman

The following prototype can be clearly distinguished from the standard 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class as it features a much longer wheelbase, as well as stretched rear doors and C-pillars. The 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class long-wheelbase already stretches 3165mm from wheel to wheel but the 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Pullman could be up to 3515mm.

In order to shift this beast at appropriate speeds, it’s predicted Mercedes-Benz will fit it with a massive twin-turbocharged V12 engine developing in the region of 600hp. Following this, a hybrid powered 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Pullman is expected.
