The Tron styled Lamborghini Aventador that recently got seized by the Metropolitan Police Force for not having the correct insurance is now back on the streets of London. Various news sources were reporting that the car could have been crushed which has obviously led to the owner presenting valid insurance and reclaiming his car.
The Aventador is one of a number of Arab supercar that have fallen victim to the Metropolitan Police Force’s crackdown on uninsured motorists. Most drivers fall foul of these rules as their extreme wealth often means they have no need for insurance in their own countries.
Hopefully the situation hasn’t put the owner off travelling back to the UK in the future. We love seeing the Arabs parade their cars around central London and it would be a shame to see them leave!
