Over the weekend, ZR Auto took part in a special charity track event in the city of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The track event benefits the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Kids with Cancer Society, two local Alberta charities that Zahir Rana and his crew are happy to support. The event took place Saturday, June 22nd, 2013 and successfully raised over $200,000 CAD for the charities.

In order to raise money, drivers auctioned off a seat in their supercars to allow car fans of to experience the thrill of riding shotgun in a high-powered exotic car. ZR Auto brought three supercars to the event: Zahir’s Ferrari Enzo ZXX, Zahir’s wife’s gold Lamborghini Diablo and Zahir’s client Ron Fehr’s green Lamborghini Murcielago LP-750-4 SV by Edo Competition.

Below is a gallery of the three ZR Auto cars ripping around the Castrol Raceway to benefit the two local charities:

Ever since first reading about the Gumball 3000 Rally in 2006, I've been hooked on road rallies, exotic car culture, you name it! My defining moment was in 2010 when I met Zahir Rana from ZR Auto, who changed my life completely and got me to where I am today. This is when my passion for cars was born. Since then I've participated in the Bullrun Rally, launched my own event called Royal Rally, have worked alongside ZR Auto at many events and have become a mainstay in the Calgary supercar scene. I consider myself to be very lucky, having driven such cars as a 1500hp Heffner Twin Turbo Lamborghini Gallardo and 2001 Lamborghini Diablo VT 6.0 SE. The bottom line is that I am a car nut! I've been a part of the GTSpirit community since early 2007.
