Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG Stealth by GSC

The Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG comes in beast mode directly from the factory. The 5.5 liter biturbo V8 puts out an impressive 518hp, an amount able to take on any American muscle car that comes in mind. But tuning company German Special Customs felt the need to create an even bigger CLS. They have managed to put out 750HP through their tuning program, the project was named Stealth!

We saw this car a few years ago in Monaco. It now wears a new look paintjob. Let’s get to the facts sheet, first thing that catches the eye is the Luminary Orange paint work borrowed from the Lamborghini genetic line. The front bumper bar of the Stealth has integrated LED daytime running lights and a new engine hood with its opulent hot air outlet. There are new fenders and new side skirts with shaft underscore. The rear section was given a new bumper with integrated carbon-fiber diffuser and side air outlets. Air outlets through the angular end-pipes of a four-pipe sports exhaust system made of high-grade steel and are integrated in the diffuser.

So, how did they manage to shoehorn an extra 200hp into this sedan? German Special Customs utilized a bigger turbocharger, an additional water cooler for the charge air intercooler and a new exhaust system that will see improved performance. The Stealth-CLS sprints from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.7 seconds all the way to a new top speed of 350 km/h.

The stock suspension system was enhanced with a KW coil-over suspension with adjustable dampers on the front axle. It was set on their own alloy wheels in sizes of 9×20 inches in the front and 10.5×20 inches in the rear which were then wrapped in Michelin high-performance tires of the dimensions 255/30R20 and 305/25R20. The interior complements the luminary orange exterior with similar leather upholstery.
