Ferrari LaFerrari

The “Ferrari.Supercar.Technology.Design.Myth” exhibition opened on the 8th of March 2013 and is expected to go on until 30th September at the Ferrari Museum in Maranello. One of the highlight was the recently launched Ferrari LaFerrari. The exhibition was opened by Chairman Luca di Montezemolo.

The cars are plenty ranging from road cars to race cars including Formula 1 cars. It includes the Ferrari 250 GTO made from 1962 to 1964 with only 36 made, the 1983 Ferrari 308 GTO that saw only 272 built and the 1987 Ferrari F40 that saw 1315 cars built. Newer models include the Ferrari Enzo and its successor the LaFerrari. The list is not over, there are special track and competition-oriented models, such as the GTO Evoluzione, the F40 Competizione, the 599XX and the FXX.

The Museum is open to the public between the hours of 9.30 and 18.00 until May 1st after which date it closes at 19.00. Tickets can be booked online at www.museoferrari.com and [email protected].
