Forge Motorsports from the United Kingdom recently release an uprated power assisted steering cooler kit for the Nissan GT-R. The new unit comes after realizing that despite the stable performance set by the GT-R, the factory power steering system can get extremely hot and bothered resulting to uncomfortable reactions.
The Forge Motorsports kit will drastically lower the operating temperatures of the system, improving its efficiency in high-stress situations and well as its longevity overall. The kit includes all the components required to fit, including all brackets, hoses and clips. It has been designed to be located directly behind the intake grill for maximum performance and through the open-fin design, obstruction of the coolant radiator is avoided.
