Iridium Automotive AG is offering a near-mint condition Maybach 62 S with the exclusive “partition wall” option on Jameslist for 270,000 Euro, a bargain considering some new 62 S’s sell for over 600,000 Euro.

This particular unit has 59,000km on the clock, and features the 2010 model update as well as a twin-turbo V12 engine producing 612hp and 1,000Nm of torque. Although the car may be limited to a top speed of just 260km/h, it can hit 100km/h in just 5.2 seconds however, we’re fairly sure that anyone wealthy enough to afford such a car won’t be needing all that speed.

The car is left-hand drive and features permanently installed police lights under the front grille and behind the rear headrests as well as the sought-after partition wall option which gives rear passengers the ultimate privacy. The partition wall involves a large glass panel rising up to separate the front of the cabin with the rear with the simple press of a button. The window can then be switched from a milky finish to fully transparent like regular glass.

If that wasn’t enough, this particular 62 S features the large panoramic roof offered by Maybach which is equipped with a backlight and can also be switched to a fully transparent mode. Furthermore, the car features a large fridge at the rear, as well as TV screens and champagne glasses made out of pure silver.

Even though production of the Maybach has ceased, the company is still offering servicing at its former dealerships.
