The nose of the 2014 Corvette C7 was recently leaked on a Facebook page belonging to a spy photographer. The image allegedly came from a GM’s dealer service web portal which is essentially a graphical illustration to explain the installation of the front brake cooling deflector kit for certified service workers. The illustration also reveals the hood with an extractor in the center.

The hint comes shortly after Chevrolet released the fifth-generation Small Block V8 engine for the Corvette C7 ahead of the official debut at the Detroit Motor Show 2013 in January. The 6.2 liter LT1 engine will be the main power source for the 2014 Corvette. The engine produces 450hp and 610Nm of torque offering a sprint from zero to 60mph in less than 4.0 seconds. It will do over 542Nm of torque between 2,000 and 4,000rpm.

Seriously I mostly don’t give a damn about upcoming new cars even stuff like the P1 didn’t bother me that much but the new Corvette…that’s something else and I don’t even know why. I just want to see it already :D
