It goes without saying that the Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo looks significantly better than the regular Panamera sedan. However, Theophilus Chin recently set out to find whether or not the Sport Turimso’s appearance could be improved further by turning it into the ‘Sport Brake Concept’ and removing two of its four-doors.

The removal of the two-rear doors truly turns this particular Porsche Panamera into a car which could easily rival the two door Ferrari FF if it ever saw the light of production.

The Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo features an electric motor producing about 95hp which is mated to a supercharged three-liter V6 engine which contributes 333hp. Consequently, the car can sprint to 100km/h in less than six seconds and if a Sport Brake Concept were ever produced, it’s likely that it would undergo severe performance upgrades if Porsche wanted it to ever rival the Ferrari FF which produces well over 600hp.

Do you like the idea of a two-door, Porsche Panamera based on the Sport Turismo?

  1. Yup ! The coupe ( and thereby a ‘ genuine ‘ Sporting Brake ‘ ) would be my choice if the Sport Tourismo stood a snowballs chance in Hades of being produced .

Two thumbs up to Mr Chin for proving the point that as a coupe / thereby ‘ Sporting Brake ‘ the car is definitely improved even further
