The development of the Koenigsegg Agera is continuing as we speak. Following the release of the Agera R, Agera X, Agera R Second Generation and the Agera R BLT, we have a new bespoke member in the line up of Agera models. You are currently looking at a new mysterious Koenigsegg Agera model, which seems to be a new one-off bespoke model ordered by a Chinese customer via Shanghai dealer FFF.

The picture was released via an Apple iPhone screenshot and shows a rendering of the black hypercar, which features carbon fiber wheels, a new front fascia with a more aggressive lower front splitter and a fixed roof with an air scoop made of carbon fiber. At the rear, you will see a new massive rear wing. The roof and the wing are linked by a horizontal surface similar to the Pagani Zonda 760 RS.

Early information suggests that this special edition Koenigsegg Agera will have an upgraded twinturbocharged 5.0 liter V8 engine producing 1,400hp.

  1. There’s a small write up on the car at Koenigsegg’s website . Seems it has a clear blue tint over the carbon etc . This being the second bespoke Agera to come from Koenigsegg ( the first being the ‘ Speed Racer ‘ white w/ski rack ) BTW this is the model that is the Agera BLT according to the Koenigsegg website

Hmmmn . Funny thing . Koenigsegg does a bespoke model for a well heeled customer and its tasteful , reserved and takes nothing away from the original design . McLaren does a bespoke and we get Batman with a touch of Cadillac Ciel e.g. OTT crass and ugly .

  2. @GS – I’m pretty sure that was just one of a few one-off projects by MSO so far. I remember reading about this project that was a matching 12C and F1 LM.
Either way, the results were only because the one who ordered it wanted it like that, really. All the companies do is search for the right details.
For some reason I think the guys over at MSO are looking at the X-1 and thinking “What the heck did we do…”

Also, are you sure that Koenigsegg has a write-up about this? I checked; the BLT Edition is certainly not this.
Unless this is a rendering of what the guy wanted in his Agera…
