Pictures are emerging that appear to show a big accident involving a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series test mule at the Nurburgring. It appears as though the upcoming supercar hit the barrier at the Döttinger Höhe section of the course. According to witnesses, the driver and passenger were uninjured, however, it’s clear that the car is pretty much wrecked.

It’s not the first time a high-profile Mercedes-Benz model has crashed at the Ring either. Last month an A45 AMG was wrecked coming out of Fuchsröhre. We also heard about an E63 AMG that crashed at the Goodwood Festival of Speed at the hands of a Mercedes-Benz pro driver.
