Last Sunday saw the third edition of the Chelsea Auto Legends, held at Ranelagh Gardens, London. Chelsea Auto Legends started in 2010 and showcases Britain’s unique passion for all things automotive and motor sport. We were down at the show to take in the classic race cars and supercars on show.

One of the main events was the supercar parade, arranged to arrive halfway through the show. The convoy started in the center of London and contained several million pounds worth of desirable metal from the Lamborghini Muira S and Ferrari 250GT to the Ferrari Enzo, Bugatti Veyron and ACR Dodge Viper.

As well as owners cars, the event featured a healthy amount of privately owned ex-race cars, with two road legal McLaren F1 GTR’s being present as well as a Porsche 911 GT1, Porsche 956 and Jaguar XJR-15 to name a few.

The local exotic London dealers where also out in full effect, with H.R. Owen bringing two displays and Joe Macari also bringing an eye-poping collection. H.R. Owen had a pop-up show room that featured a yellow LP570-4 Spyder Performante, DBS’ and Continental GT’s while their other stand featured a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, Bugatti EB110 Supersport, Lamborghini Aventador and Rolls Royce Phantom EWB to name a few, all of which were driven to the event by Female racing drivers.

The Joe Macari stand had a very Italian feel, featuring two Ferrari F50’s, a Maserati MC12 as well as the more extreme cars from both brands, the Maserati MC12 Corsa and Ferrari FXX, both of which where road legal! Also on show was the Lamborghini Aventador LP760-4 Dragon Edition by Oakley Design and Refined Marques.

As the show started to wind down, we headed out to the main road just outside the park to catch the cars leave, not only giving us the opportunity to catch anything that we might of missed, but also to see some of the cars let rip on the road.
