Techart unveiled a new powerkit for the Porsche Panamera Diesel today. The modifications increase the 3.0 liter V6 engine’s power output by 30hp up to a total of 280hp and adds 50Nm of torque up to 600Nm total. The modifications consist of a simple engine management system upgrade. It’s TĂœV certified and is covered by the German tuner’s two year warranty. The package is known internally as the TA 070/D1 powerkit.

The modifications allow the car to reach 100km/h in just 6.6 seconds as well as a top speed of 247km/h. That’s 0.2 seconds quicker on the 0-100km/h time than the standard car and 5km/h faster on the top speed. The price for the conversion is set at 2,490 euros pus VAT and installation. The power upgrade can also be combined with Techart’s Porsche Panamera styling programmes. The installation does not affect the vehicle diagnostics or servicing and it maintains the electronic engine protection features.

Techart CEO, Thomas Behringer said:

Our new powerkit TA 070/D1 increases the overall performance of the Panamera Diesel by pushing the Sport button at the center console. Already the TechArt power enhancements for the Cayenne and Panamera Turbo models are based on this innovative technology and they are highly popular among our customers. Also the Panamera Diesel driver is now able to enjoy an amazing power boost.

  1. imo it´s not enough for the money you pay.
Abt is pushing the 3.0TDI to over 310hp by a new turbocharger – i think thats the way to go looking at the poor Diesel Porsche provides from stock.
