TechArt has released new options for the rear of the 2012 Porsche 911 (991) Carrera and Carrera S. A total of three rear spoilers, each with their own design, give the 911 a new look. The pictures below show the three spoilers more in detail.
Customers can combine the spoilers with other 911 (991) body parts. The TechArt front spoiler I for example has an integrated splitter and reduces the lift on the front axis of the Carrera and Carrera S by 5kg at a speed of 140km/h. The TechArt rear spoiler II produces the benefit of an additional down force of 17.5kg at the vehicle rear at the same speed. Up to the top speed of the Porsche 911 Carrera S of 304 km/h the additional down force arises to a value of 76kg.
