Porsche 997.2 Turbo S in the Snow

Vivid Racing didn’t just hibernate their project cars over the winter. They recently released a video of a Porsche 997.2 Turbo S drifting around in the snow. This particular car is being used to develop a range of products you’ll hopefully be able to purchase in the future, once their done drifting around in the snow of course!

Among the basic modifications made to the Turbo S, a Softronic ECU was installed and the cat was lowered with KW Coilovers. Next four cosmetic parts were fitted, a GT2 replica decklid by NR Auto, a set of GT2RS style side ducts, Agency Power carbon fiber mirrors and a front lip spoiler from Agency Power. Agency Power is of course Vivid Racing’s own brand. The 997.2 Turbo S will form the development basis for a new rear bumper.

The wheels are Agency Power Split-5 monoblock wheels. They feature a semi concave design at the front and a ultra concave design at the rear with OEM Porsche center locks. They come in sizes 19×8.5 +39mm up front and a 19×11 +35mm in the rear, therefore retaining the factory wheel sizes. Enjoy the video and the photos above!
