Swiss tuning company Sportec has released their program for the 2012 Porsche 911 (991) Carrera and Carrera S, ahead of its official debut at the Geneva Auto Salon 2012 starting next week Tuesday.

The program features a sports suspension, which lowers the car by 25 millimetres and 20 inch aluminium Mono/7 wheels. As an optional extra the customer can get the wheels with extreme cup tyres for highest quality grip.

When it comes to performance Sportec offers an upgrade to the engine’s electronics combined with sports catalysts. The combination provides an improvement of 20hp and around 25Nm of torque. The increase in performance offers an improved sprint time to 100km/h in 4.7 seconds and a top speed of 295km/h.

Shortly after the Geneva carshow a high class, lighter sports exhaust will be available. It is currently in its last stages of development. In Höri, Switzerland the tuner is already working on improving the performance – over and above the already available package. The results of the development work and corresponding marketability are expected towards the middle of 2012.
