German tuner AC Schnitzer has released their AC Schnitzer F10M M5 ACS5 Sport ahead of its world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show 2012. The program for the 2012 BMW F10M M5 features a performance upgrade, exterior parts and interior refinements.

The tuning experts from Aachen have increased the performance of the Power Five-Series to 620hp and a maximum torque of 790Nm using an extra control unit. The top speed went up to 305km/h and a sprint from zero to 100km/h is done in 4.1 seconds (0.2 faster than stock). The Germans also fitted an AC Schnitzer twin sports silencer with valve control and chromed Sports Trim tailpipes. Under the hood, you will find AC Schnitzer engine optics and AC Schnitzer engine compartment optics.

The ride and handling has been improved using a suspension spring kit lowering the car by approximately 25mm. Wheel options are the Type VIII racing and forged alloy rims in 21 inch, Type V forged alloy wheels in 20 inch and Type IV BiColor rims in the same size. Each set is fitted with corresponding tyres.

The AC Schnitzer carbon front spoiler, chromed front grille, rear roof spoiler, rear spoiler and carbon rear diffuser enhance the looks of the brand new tuning project from Aachen. The Magic Blue and silver livery is combined with AC Schnitzer badges for the side and the AC Schnitzer logo ACS5 Sport at the rear.
