Another Rolls-Royce Phantom was involved in an accident in China recently. Car News China reports that the black Phantom hit a garbage truck in Jinghong in Yunnan Province. No injuries were reported and the Rolls-Royce Phantom actually appears to have borne the brunt of the damage; the damage to the garbage truck apparently was apparently minimal!

A Rolls-Royce Phantom in China costs around 12 million yuan (1.4 million euros) and the damage to this car is said to be estimated at 1 million yuan (118,000 euros). The accident happened when the Phantom driver tried to overtake the slower garbage truck at a point where overtaking was restricted.

Lets hope we don’t see another Rolls-Royce Phantom wreck in China anytime soon!
