According to a poster over at Luxury4Play, this Bugatti Veyron Super Sport has joined Ralph Lauren’s car collection. The pictures have caused some debate as to whether this is one of the Super Sport World Record Edition cars.

According to a poster on the forum, the Veyron was ordered by Ralph with a custom specification. As you will see from the pictures, this Veyron features three different body colours, the black carbon fiber, the matt black side vents and the orange accents. The accents are in the right place for a World Record Edition, however, you’ll see that the matt black sections should be orange, as should the black wheels.

One suggestion is that this is a sixth World Record Edition, produced for Ralph Lauren with a different specification to the other cars. As this particular special edition Bugatti Veyron Super Sport was announced as a five-car identical production run, some have said this seems unlikely. It has the black Bugatti badges too which is an identifying feature of all World Record Editions. Another explanation is that the car is wrapped, perhaps this hides the orange paintwork underneath.

If this is a World Record Edition Bugatti Veyron Super Sport then Ralph Lauren is one of two owners in the United States. We have to say that this is a very nice Bugatti. It was delivered to Ralph at his holiday home in Colorado after last years Pebble Beach event.

If you’ve got any more details on this car then we’d love to hear from you!
