Spotted Aston Martin One-77 with Special Wrap

One of our readers Gavin Smith spotted this Aston Martin One-77 on the M40 motorway in the UK. The supercar was heavily wrapped on the front and sides of the car for protection against dirt and stonechips. The Aston Martin One-77 is produced at the Aston Martin factory in Gaydon, close to the M40 and this highway is used for pre-customer delivery test drives by factory test drivers to ensure everything is working as it should.

This left-hand One-77 is powered by a 7.3 liter V12 engine producing 750hp and 750Nm of torque. It is mated to a six-speed automated manual transmission that features an Auto Shift Manual/Select Shift Manual (ASM/SSM) electro-hydraulic control system. 0-100km/h is reached within 3,5 seconds. The One-77 has a recorded top speed of 354.86km/h making it the fastest Aston Martin ever.

Feel free to share your thoughts on this “special edition” One-77.

  1. If you can afford a car like this, than you can probably afford to buff-out the chips…And it looks like a nascar after a fender-bender.
