IAA 2011 Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale

Yesterday Lamborghini gave a preview of the newest member of the Gallardo family: The Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale. Today it was officially unveiled at the IAA 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. The Super Trofeo Stradale is based on the Lamborghini Gallardo Blancpain Super Trofeo race car and limited to only 150 units.

Aluminium and carbon fiber form the basis for the extremely lightweight Super Trofeo Stradale. It has a maximum dry weight of 1,340kg, shaving an extra 70kg from the LP 560-4. The power-to-weight ratio of 2.35 kilograms per hp allows the car to sprint from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.4 seconds and 200km/h just 10.4 seconds later. Top speed is 320km/h.

The Super Trofeo Stradale was presented at the IAA 2011 by Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann and GTspirit was there to take some photos of the fastest factory Gallardo to date. For full specs and official photos check out our official Super Trofeo Stradale article.
