Limited Edition DMC Generazioni GT3

DMC has launched limited editions of its GT3 body kits, celebrating Fabio Babini and Matteo Zucchi’s double-win at Blancpain Super Trofeo Silverstone on 5th June 2011. Two kits have been released. One for each generation of Gallardo.

Wider bodies are the most significant changes on both Lamborghini’s. A new GT3 front apron and carbon spoiler, alongside new extra wide fenders and a widened carbon fiber side skirts provide visual enhancement up front. The rear of the car gets a completely new rear fascia with a new bumper, diffuser and a re-designed rear wing. DMC offers the rear wing either in fiber glass or the ultra light and persistent carbon fiber. All parts are offered as stand-alone moulded carbon fiber pieces. All changes can also be reverted back to the OEM parts back on if one wishes to do so.

20 inch, diamond forged rims with a special varnish have been added in wheel and tyre combinations of 9.5Jx20 inches with 235/30ZR20 at the front and 13Jx20 with 325/25ZR20 at the rear.

Power sees a lift to 580hp with maximum torque of 575 Newton metres on the Generazioni 560 while the 540 receives 26 extra horsepower compared to its original programming. This is mainly through ECU tweaks. However, DMC also offer a new end muffler to the serial end pipes, or DMC’s own centric twin-exhausts; tailored to fit the GT3 rear bumpers.

The interior of the DMC Generazioni is enhanced by a carbon fiber set which includes the steering wheel and the door openers. The DMC carbon fiber seats are made of 100% carbon fiber and, if desired, the DMC upholstery department can offer anything.
