The MR Car Design from the German city of Erftstadt have released their take on a 2005 Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG. The package shown here is a combination of numerous parts from different tuners.
The 2005 SL engine hood from Kicherer is made of carbon fiber. Replaced rear bumper, black fender lights on the front and a middle rear brake light are also added to the exterior looks.
The software optimization gives the SL 65 some additional 80hp, respectively 110Nm of torque. They also killed the Vmax-lock, lowered the sports car by 30mm and installed an in-house developed exhaust system. The vehicle is carried by 20 inch forged rims from Carlsson.
In the interior, the attention is attracted to the custom-made Black Series dial lenses. As for the rest, there is practically all the same.
MR pease add the the “Overkill” or a “tasteless” tag!
These guys should write a book on how to make a good car look bad. I’d hate to spend money to make my car look worse.
