Bugatti Veyron in Dubai

Today this picture of a Bugatti Veyron parked at The Palace hotel in the new Dubai Downtown district, that erected from the desert sand in recent years, caught our eye on Facebook. In the background you can see the Burj Khalifa, the world tallest building.

The reason this picture caught our eye is because the car belongs to WRC driver Sheikh Khalid Al-Qassimi. We had an exclusive interview with him last year and he showed us his car collection including the very same Bugatti Veyron in cream / gold colour combination as pictured above.

  1. It might sound like blasphemy but since the introduction of the SS the standard Veyron looks simple.About the driver:i think that the only thing that got him in WRC was his familys money,he is a crapy rally driver, the only thing he did was to keep Ford’Abu Dhabi’ rally team behind.
