Paris 2010 Lamborghini Sesto Elemento Concept

After the official introduction yesterday we got a chance to see 570hp strong Lamborghini supercar concept in the flesh. The car is build using advanced carbon fibre technology allowing for an extremely low overall weight of 999kg, and yes that includes the V10.

The performance results are impressive: 0-100km/h (62mph) in 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 350km/h. The design is very extreme both on the inside and on the outside. Depending on feedback from press and potential customers Lamborghini will decide to take the concept into production. We guess the price tag would scare a lot of people off but we would still love to see it on the road rather sooner than later.

  1. Agreed with RICHARD… it’s stunning from every angle, but the rear needs a few grills. And I hope they have a good rear view camera with this engine bay cover. Also I wonder what these two fuel intakes are for.

  2. this concept looks amazing, the tranny sticking out is just raw design, yes impractical for accidents, but im sure it confers some sort of race advantage.

    sick lines

  3. this is what happends when you mate a reventon and a gallardo together after a low calorie diet of carbonfiber for dinner ….its a wild looking car but i do agree with lots of the comments with the rear end.. they should give it a little more attention back there..if you get hit in the ass your Lambo is not going to run anymore. then again its a concept and hopefully they will fix this and that name is just silly. Lamborghini would rollover in his grave if he found out what they named this Lambo.

  4. I am a reall lambo fan but this looks SHIIIIIIIIT!!!!!!!they ruined the whole thing!this is no murcielago continue, this is crap!an overkill gallardo,i want to cry… :(

  5. I agree the back is a little “out of sorts” for a Lamborghini- I like it though- takes you back to the Mclarens, Lolas, GT’s, and Porsche 917s of the 60’s and 70’s, but I think your missing the point to this car- Carbon is the “sixth element” or(sesto elemento)on the periodic table and is also one of the lightest solids- this car was designed to be the lightest in its class and adding extra design features would detract from that mission.

  6. I think i could get used to the look its really different and exotic thats what Lambos stand for. people would stop in traffic if that was parked on the side of a hwy thats for sure!!!and go what the hell is that????
