Rumour: Lamborghini Sesto Elemento Concept at Paris Motor Show 02

Nothing is confirmed at this stage, but we came across the official name of the new Lamborghini concept to be revealed at the Paris Motor Show on Thursday. The name of the concept is Lamborghini Sesto Elemento – in English Lamborghini Sixth Element – referring to the excessive use of carbon fiber. Secondly, a rather small picture has leaked out as well showing the new concept next to the Audi A7, Porsche 911 Speedster and two other vehicles.

The French website Blog Automobile received information concerning the vehicle. They state on their blog that the sports car concept is made entirely out of carbon fiber. The total weight is only 999kg. The vehicle is powered by a V10 engine reviewed from top to bottom. The top speed to be announced will be exceeding 350km/h (217,5mph) and a sprint from zero 0 to 100km/h (62mph) is done in just 2.5 seconds.

The concept shows the entire world the future of lightweight Lamborghini supersports cars. If you look closely at the pictures, it is immediately visible that Lamborghini used a familiar and destinct look for the concept.

All five teasers revealed over the past two weeks seem to fit the small picture in the top left hand corner. Overall the concept looks superb and the lines are strong. We can hardly wait to see the Italian concept for real!

Stay tuned for more from Paris in the upcoming days!

  1. Ugly?!?!? Never! The coolest lines in the side i have ever seen. This looks so nice! The nose looks like it almost touches the ground and the side profile reminds me of Countach. So nice!

  2. all i can say is thank you lamborghini. i knew there was something wrong in the world when every single car on the road has paint all over. they could have called it Cigno Nero or Mosca Bianca. love this.

  3. well its diferent and very exotic…at least it doesnt copy any other cars on the road ….looks better than a zonda or a bugatti and with an increase in hp it will probably kill them …without any turbos
