This is wheel nut or oil cup. But looks more like single wheel nut.
look closer thats the center cape and thats the spokes around it the picture was taken inside the oposing spoke

its the oil cap of the engine. and thats my vote
how can you not understand i just explained how to look at it and you will see a wheel.. that is the single bolton and that is the spokes behined it and the camera is sitting in the other spoke across from it its not that hard to see really( im not saying its a wheel 100% but if you just look at it in that way im telling you to you will see what im saying )
