Top Gear Takes Blame for Volcano Eruption in Iceland

Listen up… It is hard to believe but the guys of Top Gear have taken responsibility for the eruption of Iceland’s Eyjafallajökull. Yeah right! We all know that they were spotted using Toyota’s mighty Hilux on the ice and fire of a volcano somewhere in Iceland. It now seems that they were on the slopes of the Eyjafallajökull just hours before its eruption brought chaos to the skies of Europe.

The vehicles used for the expedition were prepared by specialist firm Arctic Trucks to the same extreme environment specification as the Hilux used by Jeremy Clarkson and James May for their historic polar expedition. With giant low pressure 38 inch tyres, the go-anywhere Hilux had the measure of every challenge in its path as it made its way through ice and snow towards the volcano’s fiery heart.

The event was described as added proof that “Top Gear is responsible for almost every evil in the modern world.”

So now we know where to send our extra bills and transportations cost! Anybody knows the address of the BBC…

What a piece of bullshit, they were there many days before that. And had left days before the 3rd eruption started. They were on the first one.
Correct shall be correct. I don’t want this f***ing bullshit.

  2. While I’m not a huge truck guy, that is one bad ass truck. I have also seen Toyota Land Cruiser’s configured the same way for polar expeditions and the like. Very cool.

  3. Love the show and cant wait til sunday to see it. Im in the states but thats not a problem these days, god bless the internet. It already looks like its going to be a kick ass show. I do have to speak my peace on last season where the ZR1 vs R8 v10 Episode, The Vette is easily the better choice since its cheaper to buy and spend another 20-40 grand in customization (or less) and its still a better deal money-wise in the long run.. I will only spend $120,000(including the custom work) instead of $200,000 + american on the R8… Forget that!
