Less than a month ago we saw the brand new BMW M3 GTS; a light-weight version of the current M3. The logical ending of a story, but that’s not true. Spyphotographers have snapped the facelift M3 coupé and carbio testing.
Much isn’t known yet. However we can state that the facelifted M3 will still have the 4,0 liter V8 engine producing 420bhp. Changes on the exterior are the redesigned tail lights converted into LED units.
More prominent changes are available in the interior with an improved trim, a new center armrest and a second-generation iDrive system with four selector buttons for commonly used features. Rumours go that the facelifted M3 will be shown in Detroit next January. Although that’s a bit optimistic, we can’t wait to see it.
