British Car Magazine’s internet counterpart posted some images of some sleigh designs 4 of the leading car manufacturers design houses have come up with. Nissan, Ford, Rolls Royce and Bentley all applied their design tallents to the big guy’s ride and Car want their readers to vote for their favourties.

Bentley designer John Paul Gregory appears to have turned the Continental GTC into a comfy, futuristic santa-mobile. In contrast Rolls Royce designer, Andreas Thurner, seem to have gone for a traditional reindeer powered design. We love the long sweeping lines that disappear into the back of the sled and the huge front grille.

Ford’s designers at Dunton in Essex, UK have created 3 different variations, one completely new design bearing little resemblance to the current car range, the second a ‘star wars’ esque variation on the theme and the third obviously bears resemblance to the new Ford Fiesta. All we are told relate to the new ford ‘kinetic design’ mantra. Nissan’s Canadian designer Martin Uhlarik appears to have come up with one of the most efficient and practical, it’s huge! Although the GT-R placed next to it could be out of context…
