Pagani Zonda Test Mule

Next year it’s the 10th birthday from supercarbrand Pagani. Nine years ago they presented the Zonda C12 in Geneva. That car was running on a 6.0 liter V12 but during the years that has been changed to an even more powerful 7.3 liter V12 from AMG origine. The news about a new Zonda coming up is not new, but now we can show you the first pictures of the Zonda spotted testing as a mule for the newest model. How the Pagani engineers it will call stays unclear but what’s known for sure is that they will change the V12 powersource in a 5.4 liter supercharged V8 from AMG.

Indeed the one we saw earlier in the McLaren SLR. Because of high demand, Pagani will also boost production to 60 cars a year, up from its current annual production of 16 units, let’s hope this doesn’t effect the exclusivity too much…

  1. Agreed, not sure how it will look at this moment in time, hard to picture anything that isn’t a Zonda when you think of Pagani!
